Happy Birthday to me!
Today is my Birthday and I am 43!
Where does the time go? I've been so overwhelmed with all my vintage plethora getting ready for Glitterfest I haven't had time to think about anything else. I used to have Birthday months then weeks and yes count downs until my day. Now it doesn't matter. I guess I finally grew up. I still buy myself a gift every year. The gifts are usually not planned but on a whim. Last night I was taking a break from packaging my Fatras, and started to check my e-mails. While I was logging in, I was looking for something on my desk and I came across a torn out article on "Vintage buying tips", It's been lying here for weeks. Anyway... on the back of the article there was an ad for "Cire Trudon" Marie Antoinette candle. I can't believe I didn't notice it! I just had to have it.
So I went on Aedes which is a perfumer boutique... It took a few minutes to locate the candle but I found it. I ended up buying 2 of the candles (by the way they were the last two) and since its my "Birthday", I would like to share the same gift to one of my Followers/Fans to kick off my Blog and Birthday together.
